I printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper, then cut out. I also printed on to glossy paper cup190800_572 [Katy Kinsey] and attached this to the back of the '30' using DST.

Then attached this to a white 8 x 8 scalloped edge card using DST, and added the decoupage with glue gel.

Added two different sized pearls for extra decoration.
