Used an 8" x 8" white square card. Attached the "Special Ages cupcakes and sparkles" decoupage with d/s tape and Collall tacky glue. Once dry, I cut out around the design to create a unique card.
I attached 3mm red gemstones to the cupcake and Happy Birthday text.
