I printed the file onto C.B's glossy paper,cut out the parts and scored along the spine of the card base.

I backed the card base with a matt gold paper using flat glue. I cut round this once dry. I scored again, the decoupaged with foam pads.

I added a little lemon glitter to the candle flame. and placed 2 mini peel off wedding rings towards the top.

I added a ruby pink gem to the decoupaged arch. I attached the Happy Anniversary tag to the paper ring. I curved the ends and closed with a square of self adhesive velcro, although this will slip over the card,if you prefer glueing the ends.

I added mini gold wedding rings to the front and added 2 ruby pink gems. This is a lovely design, something a little "different" for a Ruby Wedding. it is easy to cut out and looks very pretty made up, both front and back.
