Ideally this should be printed on a high gsm gloss photo paper, cut out, scored down the middle and folded.

Finished!

However I only had lightweight gloss photo paper so what I did was print, cut out, stick it to a folded white card with double sided tape, ensuring the middle of the two cards meet, then cut around the straight edges and folded.

This made a sturdy card and ready for use. You can make an insert by drawing around the card outline then marking and cutting 3 mm in.
