Frosted trees & snow are a background for this Victorian lady & gentleman. She is elegantly dressed in heavy velvet trimmed with fur, carrying a fur muff. This design would suit Christmas or winter birthdays/anniversaries.

Either use the cutout design as a template for making an octagon card or affix to a square card using peel-off corners to complete.
