There are two ways to make this card either print onto photo paper and build the layers up using silicone glue or pads and apply to a plain square or shaped card with or without a coloured matting layer or do as I have done.

I printed this sheet onto thin photo paper and stuck it to thin white card using wet glue and left it to dry.

I then cut out the base layer being careful not to damage the strip of card beween the two main pieces and built up the layers using silicone glue.

I then cut out the frame making sure it was attached to the white strip beween the two main pieces to act as a hinge.

After cutting out the centre of the frame, where indicated, I trimmed and squared off the hinge and folded it alomg the black line of the frame and stuck it to the back of the main piece using wet glue and left it to dry.

I then added a piece of acetate to the inside of the frame using super sized peel offs or you can use ribbon to hide the glue or vellum dots on the inside of the card.

I then built up the layers on the front of the card and added a sentiment from the sheet to finish.
