Sheet was printed out. Backing sheet was adhered to inside of card and cow to the front. I then cut around top of cow.

Cut out the cup cakes and tags. large cup cake was attached to the front with 3d pads. smaller cupcakes were placed along the bottom of the inside .

Ribbon was attached to the spine, bow being tied to one of the tags, the other tag was attached to the top right hand side of the card.
