Lovely ,quick and simple, can easily be customised with the additional blank Tag. I have printed out onto glossy paper, adhered to thicker card. Cut out and assembled.

I have used some ribbon for the tag and bow and some iridescent glitter to highlight the red berries, finishing with a blue gem for the centre of the paper bow.
