Created some additional layers and a couple of larger sentiment tags then printed out onto good quality card and cut out the various elements.

Covered my card blank with Sue Way's love heart doodles backing paper (cup272487_38) then added the main image using DST.

Added the layers with 1mm foam pads. Finished with small white pearl hearts on my sentiment tags, a gold pearl to the centre of the white flower, small yellow/gold crystals on the small white heart and 'moving' eyes on the puppy.

Just love this design.
