Cute Puppy Love Tag CardCompleted by Rebecca Polding

One of the cutest valentines card and really easy to make. I printed the design onto. Glossy photo paper and cut out. Using a A5 Card I had scored earlier I attached some decorative paper to the card and then added the puppy love gift tag with double sided tape.

I used decoupage pads to add the extra cut outs on top of the gift tag design and used two metal brads to attach someone special at the bottom of the card.
