Gingerbread TagCompleted by Suzanne Burrows

I printed this design onto good quality card and cut out all the elements, i added cream and white ribbon to the hole in the tag, added the design base to an A5 card with double sided tape and then decoupaged all the elements and to finish i added 2 padded gold stars to both top corners of the card.
