This sheet is designed for use with an A5 landscape card. The sheet has a shaped topper and an optional "insert frame". Please view the tutorial.

I printed the design on good quality semi gloss photo paper and attached the base to my white card that I cut to shape.
I assembled the elements with foam pads and added a bow. Love the design.

Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto white card. I used silicone for the decoupage and finished of with a purple ribbon and green insert.
