Printed sheet onto good quality photo paper and cut out the three panels. Made an A5 white tricard and laid it flat open, then I placed panel 2 to the right hand side and the tear drop to the left hand side, using ds tape.

Turned card over and put the panel with sentiment on, in the middle of the card. Then it can be folded into three. Cut round the tear drop shape and added silver peel offs around all edges, plus round the tear drop shape.

To finish off I added a white bow and silver sentiment to the 2nd panel.
