Ross has made a lovely tear-drop sheet here and with some added sparkle to the built up flowers as well as a touch of ribbon - it's a winner.

The Happy Birthday was created on my Cricut.

I did add a piece of beige CS on the back piece (shows about 1/8" all way around) that way, the back is not white and gives the card body.
