I printed this sheet out and cut the elements out, but I kept the strips between the panels to help line everything up.

I took a landscape A4 card and drew thin lines 5mm up along the base and right side.

I stuck the far right panel up to these lines, placed the strip next to it, and then stuck the second piece down.

I then removed the strip. I did the for all the panels, then drew lines 5mm up from all the edges and cut along these lines.

I then rubbed out the pencil lines, scored between the gaps and folded it. Finally I added the extra elements with 2mm foam pads.
