I cut out the elements of this design and used double sided tape to attach to my base card. I cut out my slider base, added some silicone and a button to the back of my bear so she moves along the counter top.

I cut out some extra kitchen bits and used a tiny piece of double sided take to make it into a 3D card.

Gorgeous!
