I put a green backing paper from stock on the card, first edging in black ink. I then placed the printed sheet on top having edged that in black as well.

I attached very small foam pads onto the back of the oblong sliding mechanism, making sure they are right to the outside edge so as not to interfere with the spinner car.

I then stuck a round foam pad between two pennies and put talcum powder on the edges of the pad so as to take away any residue of stickiness.

Placed the pennies in the sliding mechanism and stuck that to the lower edge of the card.

I then stuck one of the little cars on the top penny.
