Iprinted the sheet onto good white card I then cut out all the pieces.

I used two cocktail sticks on either side of the middle part of the spinner I found it made a better shape to place 2mm foam tape either side of the sticks about half an inch longe then when round the rest of the oval with 1mm foam tape.

I used three beads two to stop sideways movement and one for turning. I taped the two small long pieces at the bottom to stop the card opening to wide. I decoupaged the two small flowers on the bttom
