Ruby Anniversary Spinner CardCompleted by Hazel Pepper

I printed this sheet out and backed it onto card, and I then cut out the elements. I stuck thread between the two toppers (making sure they were in opposite directions so they would spin correctly), and the tied them to the folded frame.

I then added folded card on the insides to make sure the card didn?t fall over.
