I printed the image on glossy photo paper, decoupaged with foam pads & mounted at the top of a DL navy card.

I took a gold peel off Ho Ho Ho!!! greeting & matted & layed it on blue glitter paper & gold & white card, using decorative scissors on alternate layers.

I stuck a gold peel off boarder down each side to finish.
