I cut out the layered pieces and glued the layers with 2mm thick foam squares. The stacked layers were glued on a printed background that was trimmed on all four sides with a Victorian paper edger scissors.

The stacked layered with the printed background was center on the red card which was trimmed on two sides with the Victorian paper edger scissors for a finished card.
