The main topper was attached to a white square card and silver peel offs that are edged with gold were added.
Two organsa ribbons were twisted and attached down the folded edge of the card, a 'Happy Bithday' border peel off was added along the bottom, then the stacker layers were added using foam tape on the first two layers and pinflair glue on the top two.
