Metallic Ruby Rose 21 Today Birthday Scallop Bottom Stacker

I have designed this sheet as a scalloped bottom stacker, it has a base image and layers to use on top, use your 3D foam or silicone glue to build up the design for your card. Each layer is smaller then the last and sits to the bottom only on your card front, it is measured to look like a stepped effect and will make people think you have spent ages on it.
