I printed this on to watercolour cardstock which gives a little extra texture. I mounted the first layer onto a 5" white card blank and then added the layers using foam pads.

I used some Stickles glitter glue along the scalloped edges to highlight them and then used some pearl drops on the plain part of the card blank.
