Printd onto 210gsm semi-gloss photo paper and cut out all the pieces. Assembled the scalloped corner using 2mm foam dots, decoupaged the small butterfly using a small piece of adhesive to the body, then used a light coat of glitter glaze on the butterflies and ribbon.

Once the glaze dried, I used a purple metallic gel pen to outline and define the wings of the butterflies. I then used a silver metallic gel pen on the ornate design of the frame, added clear rhinestones to the bottom of the chain and the centre of the bow.

I then attached the completed design to a piece of handmade paper, then onto a 6"x6" white card, outlined with a silver border sticker and added a silver birthday greeting sticker.
