I printed this sheet onto photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I made an easel card to fit the image size. On the bottom of the easel I used pink and yellow card to emphasise those colours in the main image.
I layered all the decoupage using foam pads and used one of the cat images as the 'stop' for the easel.
I added some gold corners and borders and added a gold 'happy birthday' greeting to the blank scroll. A lovely image to work with.
