I printed the sheet on quality cardstock and cut out all the elements. I used foam pads to decoupage and double sided tape for the rest of the card construction. I mounted the card front onto a split, brilliant, blue, matte before attaching it to a blank, white, card.

I followed the swirl lines with glitter to complete the card. This is an easy to cut and quick to assemble card design that can be used for a variety of occasions.
