The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a 6x6 white silk art card blank as my base. I inked a piece of text paper and attached it to the card.

I mounted the topper onto a piece of gold mirri card and layered the decoupage using 1mm foam pads. I used a Sakura clear stardust pen to go over all the writing.
