The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a white 6x6 square silk art card blank as my base. I attached a purple lace backing paper to the front.

I mounted the topper onto a piece of purple silk art card and layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.

I used a Sakura clear stardust pen and ribbon to decorate.
