The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a white 6x6 square card blank as my base. I used a piece of red snowflake backing paper. I mounted the topper onto a piece of gold card and layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.

I used red card candy, gold glitter glue, red gems, stickles and glitter spray to decorate.
