Printed onto lightweight card. Rather than leave this as a square topper I cut around the scalloped edge then mounted onto white shimmer card using DST.

I cut around the scalloped edges of decoupage elements then assembled decoupage using 2mm foam pads. Finished with coordinating grosgrain bow.
