I printed the sheet onto A5 glossy photo paper, cut out the decoupage and then made up the decoupage layers with foam pads.

I used cup471622_1446 as my back ground as the colours highlighted the colours in the sea.

I added a greeting and some card candi to finish this fantastic design.
