Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. Using a 5 inch square card I attached the base picture to the card with d/s tape and then added the remaining pieces with foam pads.
I attached, with foam pads, the pink tag with a gold peeloff sentiment to the top lefthand corner to finish.
