The sheet was printed onto a gloss finish photo paper. I used a white 6x6 square card blank as my base. I attached a piece of green dotty backing paper to the front.

I mounted the topper onto a piece of black card and layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads. I used a greeting from my stash and a piece of green grosgrain ribbon to decorate.
