I printed out on white cardstock and cut out all the pieces. I stuck the main picture onto folded white card with double sided tape, then added the corner pieces with glue gel.

I also stuck the small picture into place with glue gel.

I added crystal gems to the corner knobs and the centre of the record. I then added my own sentiment and corner flat beads.
