I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the scalloped corner and the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added a blob of glue under the butterflies? wings to give more definition. I added glitter to the flowers and to the butterflies to enhance this lovely design.
