I punched out a lace border on gold pearl paper then attached it to a silky smooth white A5 card and added the main topper.
The remaining layers were added using pinflair glue. (I should have trimmed the black edge off the lower layers as this gives a much nicer finish).
The text was mounted on to gold mirri and added using foam pads.
