I matted my background paper with bright pink card, glued a smaller contrasting paper to the centre and added a ribbon across the middle, then glued it to a scalloped 8x8 inch card blank.

I re-sized the image in Word, printed it onto card and stuck it to the backing paper using foam pads, added some plastic flowers, gems and a ribbon bow.

I made the sentiment on my computer.
