I cut out all elements from the design sheet and glued the main picture to a piece of green backing paper.

I glued this piece to an A5 card blank. I then used foam pads to attach the side stacker panels to the main picture.

To finish I used a small Happy Birthday greeting in silver to the centre of the design.
