I cut out all elements from the design sheet and glued the main picture to a piece of green watercolour paper.

I then attached the two to an A5 card blank. I used foam pads to attach the side stacker panels to the main picture.

To finish I used a small Happy Birthday greeting in silver to the top left and right hand corners.
