The sheet was printed onto a gloss finish photo paper. I used a white pearlesent DL card blank as my base. I attached a piece of blue star backing paper to the front.

I mounted the topper onto a piece of blue hammer finish card and layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.

I used a border greeting peeloff, card candy and sprayed the front with spray glitter to decorate.
