The sheet was printed onto a gloss finish photo paper. I used a white pearlesent DL card blank as my base. I attached a piece of pink swirly paper to the front.

I mounted the topper onto a piece of purple linen finish card and layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.

I used card candy, border greeting peeloff and sprayed the front with glitter spray to decorate.
