Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements.

Attached the base picture to the main card with d/s tape and then added the other pieces with foam pads. I then fixed the sentiment tags with foam pads and added gold peeloffs to finish. This was a requested item from one of my customers who said that his ex Mother-In-Law had a wicked sense of humour!
