Used a white A5 card blank. Cut a piece if blue holographice card with deckle edge trimmer and added it to the card before adding the base layer.
Built the corner stackers then edged the fan and the roses with glamour dust.
Larger silver glitter studs were added to the corners and diamond stickles added to the pearls.
