The sheet was printed onto a gloss finish photo paper. I used a 6x6 white linen finish card blank as my base. I used a piece of blue floral backing paper and attached to the front of the card.

I mounted the topper onto a piece of gold mirri card and cut to the design on the topper. I layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads. I used 2 bows and a greeting from my stash to decorate.
