Printed onto good quality photo paper and cut out the various elements. Matted the base image onto my card blank using DST and added the various layers using 2mm foam pads.

I chose the Sympathy greeting and added it to the top of the card by using a card blank larger than the base image and then cutting away the card around the greeting.
