I printed the sheet on to decoupage paper and cut it out. I stuck the card topper with tape to a 7x5 pink card and added the scallop layers with silcone glue.
I added the greeting and decorated the card with gold border peeloffs.
I will add glitter to finish it off. This sheet makes a lovely card for many occasions.
