I took a piece of white card and divided it into 3 equal sections. I mounted the decoupaged picture onto silver mirri board then onto the front of the card.

I put thick double sided pads under the happy birtday and fixed to the front of the bottom layer of the card and rested the front of the card to it.

I believe this is called an Easel Card.
