The sheet was printed onto super smooth white card and the layers were cut out. The base layer was stuck to a 13.5cm square cream card. The layers were attached with 2mm deep double sided foam tape.
I then ran some red border peeloffs around the outside of the topper, up and down the layers, and finaly put red holographic corner peeloffs at each corner.
A simple card, but just right for a card fanatic.
