I printed this image onto decoupage paper then cut it out,i then mounted the base image to some gold card stock and cut around it,leaving a good size edge showing,i then took an 8x8 card and covered it with some backing paper from another cup,then mounted the image to the card,went around the gold edge with pretty peel off,to finish i added white pearls and green gems onto the lace, the lace is very pretty without them if you haven't got any at hand.
